To offer the best service to our customers we believe in making things as easy when it comes to finding your holiday. With that in mind we have compiled a procedure to help you use the Great Cyprus Holidays Web-Site and find a property that will suit your needs and budget.
All the properties we show have been carefully chosen to offer a wide selection of accommodation types and locations that are near to the most popular areas. In some cases, you can walk out of your property and be right where you want to be within a 5 minute walk.
Please follow the following steps:

Browse our Web Site for the properties that interest you ( use our search options) and look carefully at the optional extras. Also read through our terms and conditions so you know and understand our operating procedures etc. Take care to look at the "Availability" tab and see which properties are free for occupancy on your desired holiday dates. If they are booked out they will show in Red or indeed in Yellow if provisionally booked. Also make use of the "Map" feature so you can determine the location of your desired property in accordance with your needs.

When you have found the ideal property for you go to the "Book now" option and input the start and end dates of your desired holiday. If the accommodation is available at that time it will come up with a message saying "We have vacancies". Then you can go and click any extras you may require such as welcome packs and z-beds, airport transfers etc. The "Breakages deposit" of £150 is added here automatically.

Fill in the booking form with your information, the name of your guests and then click "Review booking". This will then go to a summary screen and if you are happy to proceed give you the option of confirming the holiday and provisionally booking the dates you have entered. You will not be able to proceed until you have clicked the link saying you agree to our terms and conditions.

Next you will receive an Email from us confirming the details of your holiday booking. Please note the holiday is not confirmed until you have paid the deposit or fuill amount shown on this email. Instructions on how and where to do this are included in the email. At this time the Calender on the property you chose will show your dates as yellow: provisionally booked. Once you have paid your remittence, the Holiday will be confirmed and will send confirmation by emailand update the calendar to Red: fully booked.
