The ground floor consists of WC, open plan living, kitchen, dining area, with patio doors to the pool and extensive patio. There is also a ground floor king room with en-suite with wheelchair access. On the first floor there is a further 3 bedrooms, two with en-suite. The master room has a dressing area and large balcony. Up the stairs to the second floor there is a lounge area with sofa bed and out to a roof terrace with exceptional 360 degree sea views and soft seating. The villa has been furnished with great attention to detail and suits families and couples alike. The property is perfectly situated at the heart of Coral Bay and is in walking distance to all amenities.

A 3 minute walk will let you find the beach. Shops, supermarket, restaurants and tavernas are a mere 5 minutes walk. Within 15 minutes you can drive to the Bird and Animal Park. Also by car Paphos is 20 minutes away with all the fun of the go-karts, mini golf and water park.

Paphos Airport is 40 minutes by car.

The property will not be available for occupation until 16.00 pm on the day of arrival unless previously agreed in writing- flexibility subject to bookings/flights.

The client will vacate the property by 11 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed. If late checkout is required the charge will be €35.00 (Paid locally).

Bedroom 1	Groud floor, super king, en-suite, disabled access.
Bedroom 2	Large room, sleeps 3 plus pull out bed..
Bedroom 3	Large room with Twin beds and En-suite.
Bedroom 4	Master bedroom complete with En-suite, TV, DVD player and balcony. Nice and snug on the 3rd floor.
Living Area	The living/dining area has been furnished with Habitat sofas, large rugs for more homely feel, large dining room table. Digital TV, DVD player, Playstation 2. The dining area will seat 8, breakfast bar 3. There is a gas fire in the living room
Kitchen	The kitchen is sleek and modern and has integrated dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob. Also for babies there is a microwave Avent steriliser and hand blender. There is breakfast bar seating.
Bathroom	Downstairs there is a separate WC. Bedroom 1 has shower en-suite, sink and toilet. Disabled access. Guest bathroom on first floor with bath, shower over head, sink and toilet. Master, large shower, sink and toilet. Bed 3, shower, sink and toilet.
Outside	Outside, there is a large patio and heated pool (size 3.5m x 7m). Wooden garden furniture, sofabeds and dining area. Fully landscaped garden with shaded areas.
Linen / Towels	Bed linen and towels provided (not beach towels). Property will be cleaned prior to arrival.

Paphos International Airport

Our Optional Extra's are avilable for all our properties. These include things like Airport Transfers, Changing of linen, hire of a Z-Bed or Car Seat etc or maybe you would like a welcome pack waiting upon your arrival. If you wish to select an extra service or add an item for hire during your holiday you can do so in the booking form.
