Coral Bay beach can be reached by bus and the journey takes 25 minutes

The property will not be available for occupation until 16.00 pm on the day of arrival unless previously agreed in writing- flexibility subject to bookings/flights.

The client will vacate the property by 12.00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed. If late checkout is required the charge will be €35.00 (Paid locally).

Kitchen	The main equipment including oven, low level hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Electric toaster, kettle, iron & ironing board. Door leading to car park and disabled ramp
Bathroom	Family bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and basin. Towels provided.
Outside	Patio area has table & chairs & sun/beds. This is a ground floor apartment, large Communal pool, with a Jacuzzi & children’s pool. Off/road Parking.
Towels / Linen	Bed linen and towels provided (not beach towels). Property will be cleaned prior to arrival.
